Singers and music lovers! Celebrate PRIDE at the next edition of West Vocal Jam featuring Canada's celebrated Jazz Vocalist and Radio Broadcaster Heather Bambrick! You are welcome to this event created to support vocalists in an encouraging environment. We have a provided backing band to play for you. You are invited to Mississauga for the next edition of West Vocal Jam on Monday, June 29 at 7pm at the Crooked Cue in Port Credit. This event will also feature an opening performance from Mississauga's youth artist Angelo Brown.

Due to demand, singers are asked to email hcb@rogers.com to pre-register to have a guaranteed performance spot. ALL ATTENDEES are welcome to pay-what-you-can in lieu of a cover charge. Suggested donation of $10-$20.

ATTN: Singers - Singers are welcome to perform 1 song - Host and event producer Heather Christine will introduce our vocalists.

Our house band consists of our Jazz pianist Thomas Francis with Pat Collins on acoustic bass. Singers - bring 2 copies of your lead sheets for the band. Please note - no sheet music or multiple pages. COVID protocols: we will change our microphone coverings between each singer and sanitize. Location: - We are a 5 minute walk from the Port Credit GO Train Station and there is free parking available. - We are a 20 minute drive from downtown Toronto.

This session we are also pleased to offer registered vocalists a complimentary, optional rehearsal on an evening prior to the event with our pianist. This will be a brief rehearsal for each registered vocalist to have 10-15 minutes to run through their chart. Please contact Heather for more details.
